4.How about your regular delivery?

Wooden sample without design:1-5days.

WOODEN Sample with design:7-14days.

Wooden Cargo delivery time: 30days.

5.What is your payment terms?

30% advance, and 70% before shipping. Paypal; Western Union are acceptable. We suggest you  inspect the goods before shipping.

6.If we don't have any shipping forwarder in China, Could you do this for us?

We can offer you the best shipping line to ensure you can get goods timely at best price. We have cooperation with many freight forwarders, and have a stable shipping system to provide you various shipping options.

7.What is your product warranty?

We guarantee the products customers received are qualified. We will do inspection by ourselves before shipping. If there are any broken parts, please send us some detailed photo by E-mail, and then we will send you the replacement parts according to the actual conditions. Normally, we also will send some FOC parts which is easy to broken or missing.

8.How to protect our legal rights after working with you?

Sign NDA to protect your design and do not sell to others; For bulk orders, we also agree to sign an agreement, which we only do the products for your company.
